We've always been really passionate about design. First and foremost, we are graphic designers. We believe that for your product or service to stand out your message also needs to stand out. Business is a relationship, and good design is the foundation to build that relationship. Whatever the medium we would love to work with you creating beautiful and effective designs that communicate your message.
At Sorca Design, we invest in the relationships with our clients. We like to get to know you a little before we put pen to paper. For every project we take on, we dedicate an experienced graphic designer to your account, walking you through every step in the process.
Sorca Design was started in 2009 by Gavin Hughes and John Searson. At that time, there were two design options for most clients. Pay an agency top dollar or try and find a low cost, template based solution for your needs. We saw the gap between high end and template based work and our mission is to bring excellence in design at affordable rates. Good design does not have to break the bank.
Good design isn't all we offer. We have forged strong partnerships to ensure that we can offer full turn key solutions to all our clients, whether it is complicated back end or application development to high volume print runs, Sorca Design bring our ethos to all these projects never losing sight of the fact that we are working to sell your product or service.
How we work
Before we even start doodling, we want to meet with you. We believe that by building a close working relationship with our clients we can be sure to deliver the right ideas and concepts first time around. We work with our clients gathering as much information as possible, getting to know your business and your aspirations. We work using a simple three step process...
1. Build relationships
Relationships make the world go round. So we always try to get to know you, the customer, before we work on your brand. By getting to know you we get to understand your vision, the reasons why you do what you do and where you want to go to. This doesn't mean we try to tie you into endless meetings, but we do like to know the customer before we deliver the goods, business is personal.
2. Creative
Once we have gotten to know you and your business, we create.
Using the knowledge gained through the initial phases of meeting and discussing your requirements, we then translate the experience into a concept that will bring your brand to another level.
3. Exceed Expectations
It's not good enough just to deliver. We want really happy customers. We work in a personal way, we know your business is personal to you, so it is to us too. Our goal is always to exceed your expectations. We sleep well knowing we went the extra mile for your brand or product.
